What we do with your details

What we collect

If you send us an enquiry: your name, your phone number, your email if you give one, and what you are looking for. If you list a property with us: the same, plus the details of the property and any photographs you send.

What we use it for

To call you back, to shortlist properties for you, and if you are an owner, to verify and represent your property. Nothing else.

What we never do

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to a list of brokers. If you list a property with us, buyers never see your name or your number: enquiries come to us, and we pass on only the serious ones, with your say-so.

If you list a property

Once we have visited and verified it, the property is published on this website with a reference code. The exact address and your contact details are not published.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are helping you, and then for as long as our accounts and the law require. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Changing your mind
