Our story
Twenty years, one idea
We started in 2006 as residential developers working across north Chennai. Jawaharnagar, Perambur, Madhavaram, building small blocks of homes under the IB name.
Over time we realised most buyers do not struggle with availability. They struggle with clarity and trust. That shaped how we work today: fewer projects, better vetting, and helping buyers decide with confidence instead of confusion.
Every home we show is one we are comfortable standing behind, and would recommend ourselves.
