What “verified” means

What we check before we'd recommend it

A resale property only reaches your shortlist if we would be comfortable sending family there. That means we have visited it in person and looked at four things, the way builders do.

RERA status

A completed resale home is RERA-exempt. We check its completion certificate and clear title.
